My approach
I am an LCSW, licensed clinical social worker and a holistic counselor who bridges clinical care with integrated healing.
I provide therapy for individuals, partners, families both bio and chosen, partners, teenagers and groups. I specialize in mindfulness-based therapy for anxiety.
Together, we’ll gently slow things down, helping you reconnect with your body, steady your thoughts, and respond to stress with clarity instead of fear.
My work is rooted in deep listening, presence and creating spaces where people feel safe to soften, release and remember who they are.
By providing tools and methods to assist you in making long-lasting changes you will learn how to become better resourced and create sustainable well-being.
